Surprise! Sinners Digital Release Date Imminent
The biggest horror box office smash of the year will soon be available for streaming! The Sinners digital release date is June 3rd. It’ll be available on a wide variety of platforms, including YouTube, Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fandango At Home. For you physical media aficionados out there, the vampire flick will be also available on DVD and BluRay on June 8th.
It’ll cost you about $25 to buy and $20 to rent. As usual, this price will likely decrease over time. But I wouldn’t hold your breath. With high sales expected, Warner Bros won’t have an incentive to knock it down anytime soon.
I’m surprised this is happening so fast. Sinners is still performing well in theaters. Movies can often take weeks or months to get streaming release dates after their theatrical runs conclude.
Warner Bros is no doubt banking on a huge surge in upfront sales from the numerous fans who watched the movie multiple times during its theatrical run. It’s already been available to preorder, and now purchasers won’t have to wait much longer.
The film has grossed nearly $350 million worldwide. No word yet on if the Sinners digital release date will include any extended or additional scenes, like Nosferatu did.
